We are looking for a

Mandarin-speaking Warehouse Operations Assistant Manager

to support daily warehouse operations and new warehouse setup. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth operations in a fast-growing To-C business environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, including order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment. Support the setup and operational readiness of new warehouses, including SOP alignment and on-site coordination. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Customer Service, HQ teams) to ensure smooth workflow and effective business communication. Monitor inventory turnover and fulfillment efficiency, and support continuous process improvement. Ensure warehouse operations comply with internal standards and local regulations. Indonesian and Mandarin , able to communicate fluently in business and cross-department collaboration. Experience:

Proven experience in

warehouse operations or warehouse management , preferably in a

To-C / e-commerce environment . Operational Skills:
