Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive learning strategies and plans.
Develop and implement learning strategies and plans tailored to the unique needs of the respective business and project.
Consistently communicate with learning consultants and business leaders throughout the learning development lifecycle to calibrate and deliver to expectations.
Manage project/work back schedules and milestone deliveries to ensure delivery of training solutions in accordance with specified project/initiative timelines.
Proactively define learning metrics that will be used to assess learning efficacy.
Establish strategic priorities and associated timelines for implementation.
Lead a team of dedicated learning and change management consultants.
Contribute to building a healthy workplace environment with high levels of employee engagement.
Lead a high-performance culture with a commitment to providing strategic learning and change management support that leads individuals from awareness to adoption.
Lead employee development to empower the next generation of leaders.
Consistently discuss strategic priorities and milestones with team members to ensure alignment and delivery within defined timelines.
Coach and support learning and change management team members in the development of change management and learning strategies.
Look for opportunities to introduce best practices and new technologies to continuously improve support.
Job Requirements
5 to 10 years of Financial Services experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience / certification is required
Experience leading corporate learning design teams
Proficient in adult learning best practices, strategies and methodologies
Strong writing / storyboarding skills and attention to detail
Good technical understanding of delivering blended and digital learning solutions
Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong relationship building, influence, and negotiation capabilities
Strong communication skills – interacting confidently and building relationships within the team and across all areas of the organization
A willingness to learn, explore and constantly bring new ideas to the table
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload, manage multiple projects/initiatives and adapt to changing circumstances
