Category Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies for the category, including customer development, product development, pricing, innovation systems, and channel strategy.

Customer-Driven Value Proposition : Develop and communicate Cargill’s value proposition by understanding customer needs.

Market & Consumer Insights : Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.

Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee product launches, phase-outs, and portfolio optimization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, R&D, Product Line, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment and execution of category plans.

Performance Tracking : Monitor category KPIs and provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
