Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relations role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Customer Relations

will focus on fostering positive relationships with clients by addressing their questions and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing exceptional service. Key responsibilities include managing customer retention initiatives, solving issues, and ensuring high levels of client engagement and support.

Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to resolve issues effectively and maintain positive client relationships Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving capabilities Prior experience in customer relations is a plus Education background in Business, Communications, or related fields is an advantage
