We are expanding rapidly and building a best‑in‑class marketing and commercial team to support our ambitious growth targets. This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal moment and shape the visual identity of three distinct luxury brands.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and become the creative force behind all visual communications across Samara Lombok and Rinjani Bay. You will work directly with the Group Marketing Manager to produce high‑impact marketing materials, sales collateral, digital content, and environmental graphics that elevate our brands and drive buyer engagement.
This is a hands‑on, high‑output role. You will be the design expert in the room translating strategic direction into polished, professional work that reflects the luxury positioning of our properties. You will own the end‑to‑end design process from concept to final delivery, working across both digital and print formats.
What You’ll Do
Design and produce investment brochures, pitch decks, and sales presentations for Samara Lombok and Rinjani Bay properties
Create property overview documents, pricing sheets, site plans, and buyer information packs
Develop templates for proposals, contracts, and customer‑facing documentation
Update and refresh existing materials as pricing, availability, and product offerings evolve
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure materials address buyer objections and accelerate deal cycle
Digital & Social Media Content
Design social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) that drives engagement and generates qualified leads
Create digital ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns, optimized for performance and conversion
Produce email marketing templates, EDM campaigns, and landing page assets
Develop visual content for website updates, including banners, iconography, and interactive elements
Work with the marketing team to establish reusable content templates and brand consistency across platforms
Design signage systems for construction sites, sales offices, and property developments
Create guest experience materials including welcome boards, property maps, wayfinding, and instructional graphics
Produce large‑format print materials for events, exhibitions, and investor presentations
Design construction site hoarding and branded environmental graphics that build anticipation and communicate brand values
Brand Evolution & Visual Systems
Support the evolution of visual brand guidelines as the business scales and matures
Ensure design consistency across all touchpoints while allowing flexibility for each property's unique positioning
Build and maintain a design asset library (templates, icons, photography, illustrations) for efficient production
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when specialized work is required (e.g., video production, 3D rendering)
Who You Are — Required Skills & Experience
Core Design Skills
5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in luxury real estate, hospitality, or high‑end consumer brands
Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) you can work fast and produce publication‑quality work
Strong layout and typography skills: you understand hierarchy, whitespace, and how to guide the eye
Experience designing across multiple formats: print (brochures, large format), digital (web, social, email), and environmental (signage, wayfinding)
Portfolio demonstrates high‑quality work that balances aesthetic sophistication with commercial effectiveness
Strategic & Commercial Awareness
You understand that design serves business objectives, beautiful work that doesn't convert is not enough
Experience working directly with sales teams or in a commercial environment where your work directly impacts revenue
Ability to translate brand strategy and marketing briefs into compelling visual executions
Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders, including founders and senior leadership
Self‑directed and proactive, you don't wait to be told what to do, you identify what needs doing and execute
High output capacity, you can manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality
Detail‑oriented and catch typos, alignment issues, and inconsistencies that others miss
Collaborative and you take feedback well, iterate quickly, and prioritize the outcome
Comfortable with ambiguity, you can work effectively even when briefs are incomplete or priorities shift
Bonus Points (Not Required)
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Basic web design skills (Figma, Webflow, or similar)
Photography and photo editing skills
Fluency in English
Working at Rascal Republic
Location & Travel
Based in Bali (WFO)
Occasional travel to Lombok & Sumbawa for site visits, photo shoots, and event support
