Requirements
International experience with roles abroad preferred
Fine dining experienced an advantage
Proven expertise in traditional and contemporary Indonesian dishes, including regional specialties
Excellent menu planning and recipe development skills, with attention to quality, consistency, and presentation
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards (HACCP), and kitchen operational procedures
Creative, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences
