Business Development

Bottega&Artisan is a company specializing in luxury building materials, offering premium products for architectural and interior needs, including high-end tiles, sanitary ware, surface materials, and other exclusive design solutions for residential and commercial projects. As a Business Development, you will play a strategic role in supporting business growth. You will be responsible for developing strong product and brand knowledge, coordinating with brand principals, and supporting showroom development through layout planning and visual presentation. This role requires a strong understanding of design aesthetics, business analysis, and data reporting to ensure alignment between brand standards, customer experience, and business objectives.

Job Description Ensure accurate product availability and distribution according to market demand and sales performance.

Analyze sales data, market trends, and product demand to support stock planning and business decisions.

Manage product displays in the showroom to maintain brand standards and visual consistency.

Support marketing initiatives and new product launches, including promotional materials and event coordination.

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and international brand principals.

Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations to enhance brand positioning and sales growth.

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in product merchandising, business/brand development, marketing, preferably within the interior design, furniture, or building materials industry.

Solid understanding of design trends, materials, and product presentation within the architectural and interior design ecosystem.

Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and manage inventory efficiently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Excellent communication and coordination skills, in English.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
