Job Responsibilities
Take full ownership of Anker’s e-commerce operations in the Indonesian market, formulating and executing operational strategies across
Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok , and achieving GMV and profitability targets.
Lead and manage the local e-commerce operations team, including store operations, customer service, performance marketing, and content creation, ensuring efficient cross-functional collaboration.
Optimize store operational efficiency by leveraging data analysis to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve product assortment, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and user conversion rates.
Deeply engage with platform ecosystems by building strong partnerships with
Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok , securing traffic support and marketing resources.
Drive localized marketing initiatives by aligning with Indonesian market culture and consumer behavior, and planning content marketing and social media campaigns tailored to local users.
Qualifications
Background Requirements
4+ years of e-commerce operations experience in
Indonesia or Southeast Asia .
Hands-on operational experience with
Shopee and TikTok
is mandatory; strong understanding of platform rules and algorithm logic.
Experience in
consumer electronics, digital products, or global brand expansion
is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in
Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields
preferred.
Hard Skills
Expertise in major Indonesian e-commerce platforms : Proficient in store operations, advertising placement, and campaign enrollment on Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok.
Strong data analytics capability : Able to monitor and analyze key metrics (GMV, conversion rate, ROI, user behavior) to identify issues and implement optimization plans.
Team management experience : Proven experience managing a local team of
5+ members , setting KPIs, and driving performance.
Marketing planning capability : Familiar with e-commerce promotional mechanisms (mega campaigns, live streaming, affiliate marketing, etc.), and able to independently plan and execute marketing initiatives.
Supply chain coordination experience : End-to-end management experience across inventory control, logistics coordination, and after-sales support.
Soft Skills & Language Requirements
Cross-cultural communication skills : Ability to collaborate efficiently with China headquarters and the Indonesian local team, aligning expectations and driving execution.
Result-oriented mindset : Strong ownership and execution ability, capable of delivering GMV and profit targets under pressure.
Fast learner : Highly sensitive to emerging e-commerce trends (e.g., TikTok live commerce, short-form video marketing) and able to quickly learn and implement new practices.
Language Requirements:
Fluent in Chinese
(spoken, written, reading) for seamless communication with headquarters.
Fluent in English
as a working language for business communication and documentation.
Proficient in Indonesian
(native or near-native level) to manage the local team and liaise with platform partners.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
cross-border e-commerce or global brand expansion , with understanding of international brand operations in Southeast Asia.
Strong experience in
TikTok live streaming commerce and short-video content operations , with proven success cases.
Prior experience operating
Anker / Soundcore / Eufy
or other consumer electronics brands.
Background working at
platform companies (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok) , with familiarity with internal resources and mechanisms.
