About the Role

As the Procurement (Aviation) at PT Bukit Muria Jaya Estate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient procurement processes for the company's aviation operations. This position is based in Karawang, West Java, and will involve working closely with various stakeholders to source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to support the company's aviation-related needs.

What You're Doing

Manage the entire procurement lifecycle for aviation-related goods and services, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify the most suitable suppliers and procurement solutions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and conditions.

Continuously seek opportunities to optimise procurement processes and drive cost savings.

Provide reporting and analysis to support data‑driven decision making.

Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement strategies and best practices.

What We're Looking For

Significant experience (3+ years) in procurement or supply‑chain management, preferably within the aviation industry.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to navigate complex supplier relationships.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.

Proficient in the use of procurement software and data analysis tools.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and functions.

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Knowledge related to export and import aviation industry needs.
