Job Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential partners in Indonesia across industries such as Telco, Travel, e-Commerce, Hospitality, Banking, and Payments to generate business leads.
Develop comprehensive digital insurance product offerings, conduct effective pitches, and execute acquisition plans efficiently.
Design and present proposals and quotations to potential partners.
Serve as the first point of contact for partner inquiries, directing them to relevant departments.
Manage account activities, optimize business relationships, and provide strategic support to enhance partner business activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners and product launches.
Collaborate with external stakeholders, including partners and insurers, to establish and maintain insurance service policies, procedures, and contracts in line with company standards.
Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and business development.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Planning, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience in insurance, insurtech, fintech, or related technology/services companies is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders; self-motivated and proactive with a hands-on, creative approach to delivering results.
Experience or exposure to API integration project management is preferred but not essential.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
