About the Role We are looking for a

proactive and communicative intern

who will help Beauty Bell grow its community and partnerships.

This role focuses primarily on

communication, outreach, and artist onboarding . You will interact directly with beauty artists and potential partners, helping them understand and join the Beauty Bell platform.

You will also support the team with light community engagement and occasional social media assistance.

This is a great opportunity to gain

real startup experience and learn how digital marketplaces grow from the ground up.

What You’ll Do Artist Outreach & Communication

Reach out to beauty artists via Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms

Introduce Beauty Bell and explain how the platform works

Answer questions from artists about joining the platform

Maintain friendly and professional communication

Follow up with artists interested in joining

Artist Onboarding Support

Guide artists through the registration and verification process

Help ensure artist profiles are complete (services, descriptions, portfolio photos)

Assist with resolving simple onboarding issues

Support the artist verification process

Partnership Outreach

Communicate with potential partners such as hotels and venues

Introduce Beauty Bell and explain collaboration opportunities

Assist in scheduling meetings with interested partners

Maintain organized records of outreach and responses

Community Engagement

Respond to messages from artists or potential users

Help maintain a positive and professional brand voice

Support engagement on Instagram and other platforms

Light Social Media Support

Assist with simple content ideas or posting when needed

Support engagement on Beauty Bell’s social media channels

(Note: This role focuses mainly on communication and outreach rather than full content production.)

Compensation

Base Stipend:

IDR 1M – 2M per month (depending on experience and commitment)

Performance Bonuses

– Exceptional contributions in artist onboarding, community engagement, partnership outreach may be rewarded with additional bonuses.

Requirements

Strong communication skills

Comfortable messaging and communicating with people professionally

Good writing ability in

English and Bahasa Indonesia

Interest in startups, digital platforms, and the beauty industry

Familiar with Instagram and messaging platforms

Organized, proactive, and responsible

Own laptop/computer with reliable internet connection

Able to attend regular online meetings during working days
