Proven track record of at least 1 years in B2B sales, preferably in Pet food, aquaculture feed, or animal health products, animal clinics or animal health services.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Good communication and administrative skills are a must.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with B2B sales processes, customer handling, and documentation workflow.

Willing to work in the field and manage customers within the Jabodetabek region.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Currently residing in Jabodetabek.

Conduct sales activities to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Support B2B/corporate Aquamarine customer relationships, including managing PKS agreements, quotations, invoicing, and PPh23 documents.

Acquire retail and corporate customers within the designated Jabodetabek area.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure regular orders and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate sample submissions, including recording, tracking, registering in the GSI system, and delivering results to customers.

Register samples through GSI online systems (TanyaDNA and AGSI) and report Booking IDs to the laboratory operations team.

Prepare weekly planning and realization reports, and actively contribute to achieving team sales targets.

Support Aquamarine marketing programs through the website, LinkedIn, webinars, and other online platforms.

Coordinate with other departments regarding invoicing, payment collection, CA reporting, business trips, and other sales-related reports.

Support Aquamarine sample arrival processes at the Genomics Hub and ensure compliance with laboratory operational standards.
