We are looking for a detail-oriented

Online Consultant / Sales Admin Specialist

to join our Bali team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping international clients navigate Indonesian visa processes, we want to meet you.

Your Role & Responsibilities (您的职责): As the bridge between our agency and our Mandarin-speaking clientele, you will: Consult & Convert:

Act as an online consultant, providing clear information on visas and processes via chat,

email, phone, or in person . Bridge Communication:

Provide seamless translation between

Mandarin

and

English/Indonesian

for documents and client interactions. CRM Management:

Maintain and update client records, sales leads, and data in our CRM. Application Excellence:

Assist the sales team with quotations, order processing, and drafting travel itineraries/business plans. Document Mastery:

Organize, review, and archive client documents with 100% accuracy.

Who We Are Looking For (职位要求): We are seeking an experienced professional who values stability and growth within a top-tier agency. Language (语言要求): Mandarin:

Native (必须精通普通话，听说读写流利). Indonesian:

Native (精通印尼语). English:

Advanced / Professional working proficiency. Experience:

At least 2 years of relevant experience (Visa services, travel agency, or professional translation). Education:

Bachelor’s Degree (S1). Skills:

Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems. Mindset:

Patient, solution-oriented, and able to meet daily processing targets. Location:

Must be based in Bali (必须居住在巴厘岛).
