Sales Support Administrator
to empower our sales team and help us build strong, lasting relationships with brokers and customers across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
What You’ll Do
Support Business Development Managers with accurate, timely quotations
Be a trusted point of contact for brokers, clients, and partners
Keep our CRM updated and ensure smooth transitions from quote to policy
Prepare reports, welcome packs, and key sales documentation
Play a pivotal role in helping us deliver an outstanding member experience
What You Bring
3+ years’ experience in sales support within medical/health insurance
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English
A positive, solutions‑focused attitude, with exceptional attention to detail
Confidence working independently and within a small, collaborative team
