Responsibilities

Strategic Finance Partnering: Act as a thought partner to business leaders by providing financial insights, challenging assumptions, and guiding teams toward profitable growth.

Budget Allocation & ROI Planning: work with department leaders to evaluate and prioritize resource allocation based on ROI analysis, strategic goals, and financial constraints.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track and analyze key financial and operational metrics. Identify risks and opportunities to help teams stay on course toward business objectives.

Financial Reporting & Executive Dashboards: Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports and dashboards that enable fast, data-backed decisions by leadership.

Decision Support & Scenario Modeling: Deliver financial analyses and scenario models that support high-impact decisions, such as new initiatives, pricing changes, or cost management strategies.

What Success Looks Like

Launch a rolling forecast model with high accuracy for revenue, COGS, and key expenses across business units.

Implement automated dashboards and monthly reporting tools that reduce manual work and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Deliver strong business case models and scenario analyses for major growth or cost optimization decisions.
