1. Manage the sales process, including prospecting, negotiating, offering, and sales closing.
2. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase sales.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.4. Lead and oversee daily fuel and lube oil supply and trading operations to ensure product availability and timely delivery.5. Develop sales strategies for marine fuel in the shipping, port/terminal, and other industrial sectors.6. Identify, build, and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.7. Prepare sales targets, visit plans, and periodic reports to management.8. Conduct contract and price negotiations in accordance with company policies.9. Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth supply and delivery processes.10. Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for relevant business strategiesGeneral Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.**Qualifications**1. Bachelorโs degree in Marketing or Management, preferably in Engineering.2. Minimum 3
years of experience in sales and marketing of fuel oil or marine fuel, with a proven track record in corporate (B2B) sales.3. Strong understanding of regulations, supply chain, and market dynamics of the industrial fuel sector.4. Possesses a wide professional network within the shipping, port/terminal, or related industries.5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.6. Target-oriented, able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.7.
