Human Capital - Employee Relations Officer Weโ€™re Hiring an Employee Relations Officer!

PT Panca Amara Utama is seeking an Employee Relations Officer to support Employee Relations programs, handle formalities and documentation, assist in grievance management, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws. This position will play a key role in fostering a positive, compliant, and productive workplace while supporting employee engagement initiatives across the organization.

Reporting Line:

This position reports directly to the Employee Relations Lead

Job Requirements

Bachelorโ€™s degree (S1) in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration.

3โ€“5 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Generalist, or HR Officer roles.

Experience in industries such as Oil & Energy, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, or other sectors with established HC functions.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and related regulations.

Experience supporting grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and employee formalities.

Familiarity with employee engagement programs and workplace culture initiatives.

Ability to conduct basic research on labor regulations and industrial relations trends.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail, strong administrative accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Job Responsibilities

Manage employee formalities and documentation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances; elevate complex cases to the Employee Relations Lead.

Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs, welfare activities, and company events.

Assist in implementing disciplinary actions and grievance-handling procedures while ensuring fairness and legal compliance.

Conduct basic labor law research to support industrial relations compliance and policy development.

Prepare reports and presentations on employee relations metrics and engagement activities.

Collaborate with other Human Capital functions to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Participate in internal investigations related to workplace conduct or employee relations cases.

Assist in preparing documentation for industrial relations matters, including PKB negotiations or dispute cases.

Implement SMK3 and SML to support a healthy, safe, and environmentally responsible workplace.
