Experience in property sales of at least 1 year

Strong public speaking skills

Sales mindset and accustomed to working with target‑based systems

Present property products to customers via social media or in person

Create a database of customers through social media ads, open tables, canvassing, B2B, etc.

Guide customers during project location surveys

Process leads provided by the company to generate interest and close sales transactions

Prepare work plans and progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
