Indirect Procurement Supervisor

Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing to delivery.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best terms and conditions.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors.

Evaluate and assess supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.

Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and provide effective solutions.

Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels.

Identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements in the procurement process.

Stay informed about market trends, product availability, and industry best practices.

Prepare and analyze reports on procurement activities and expenses.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, management or other related majors.

Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Familiarity with procurement software and tools.

Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.

Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
