Technical Support Engineer

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Ocean Engineering or equivalent.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably has Geotechnical Engineering background and/or ISO 9001:2015 proficiency.

Preferably has background in (Civil) Engineering Consulting Firm / Engineering Dept of Private / Gov Institution.

Roles:

Implement ISO 9001:2015, including document control, internal audits, record keeping, archiving, and reporting.

Prepare general analyses for geotechnical and/or shoreline solutions, material proposals, material specifications, pre-design drawings, construction and installation work procedures, and cost estimates, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.

Provide a variety of pre- and post-sales consulting services, including technical discussions with internal and external customers.

Provide direction to the technical team in the field during field inspections.

Support marketing activities by attending exhibitions, conferences, and other marketing events.

Create technical presentations and demonstrate how a product fits customer needs.

Conduct technical visits, product testing, and field supervision.

Perform general office administration tasks as required.
