to join our client, a global tire manufacturer in China, founded in 2002, produces high-quality, affordable tires for passenger vehicles, trucks, and buses. In this role, you will ensure product compliance with national and international standards, oversee quality assurance processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify equipment needs based on operational requirements. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal functionality of equipment. Schedule equipment usage based on project timelines and operational needs. Optimize equipment deployment to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Develop and manage equipment budgets, including forecasting future needs. Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. Key Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor's degree, GPA min. 3.00 (out of 4.00). Maximum age: 26 years. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Manufacturing experience is preferred. Willing to relocate to Vietnam or China for a 3-month MT program. Proficiency in English & Mandarin.
