QMS Manager

About the role We are seeking a highly skilled QMS Manager to join our thriving manufacturing team at PT Interpak Industries Batam' in Batam Kota Riau Islands. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining an effective Quality Management System (QMS) that ensures we consistently deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Establish, implement and continually improve the company's QMS in alignment with industry standards and regulations.

Manage all quality-related processes, procedures and documentation to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Lead internal audits and reviews to identify opportunities for optimisation and ensure adherence to QMS.

Provide training and guidance to employees on quality principles, tools and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Analyse quality data and metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic quality initiatives.

Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards, and implement changes as required.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior quality assurance or QMS management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

In-depth understanding of quality management principles, tools and methodologies such as IMS (ISO 9001;14001;45001), VLK, FSC, Ecovadis, RBA, etc.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills to identify and resolve quality issues.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to interpret and apply quality-related regulations, standards and guidelines.

Proficient in data analysis, reporting and quality management software.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Assurance or Operations Management.

We also comply with RoHS and obtain other customer requirements such as Sony Green Partner, Panasonic Green Procurement and Epson Green Purchasing to apply the system to all our products.
