Role: System Integration Support Specialist (Workday)

B2B Contract
5 years of Workday HCM functional and integrations experience.
Certification from HCM Pro for Administrators is mandatory
Planned scope of work: HelpDesk Team member supporting WD incident resolution for integration ad-hoc runs, mass loads, reports creation and login issue
Country: Poland/Czech Republic or other country from Central Europe
Responsible for the design, integrity, and quality of an IT solution delivered to the Business.
Support project and change delivery including testing
Assisting in major incident & critical situation resolution, providing input and expertise to solutions for any incident. Requesting RCAs.
Incident analysis to be regularly done for issue trends, identify recurring issues to be converted to problems, SLA adherence.
If required, remedial action to be taken such as creating/ updating knowledge articles or raising problem ticket for root cause analysis.
Partners with Global HR areas to translate line HR and/or end users requests into business requirements; demonstrates understanding of what is and is not possible to help set realistic expectations both locally and globally
Establish a working relationship with stakeholders, understanding their need for IT application services, and managing the introduction of new services, service improvements, and (eventually) service reductions and retirements.
SPOC when technical related HR questions from projects or other functional areas
Participate and lead in Governance meetings
Follow up on agreed SLAs & KPIs
