General Requirement Computer literate and familiar with Hotel System Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position in 4 stars / chain hotel preferred

Specific Requirements Chief Engineer (CE) Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) with proven track record or experienced and competence with valid credential in similar industry Strong preventive maintenance plan and problem solving Experienced in managing high-rise building. MEP and civil works A strong knowledge in building licenses, occupational health and safety requirements Cluster Marketing & Communications Manager (MARCOMM) Excellent English written and verbal communication skills Creative writing skills, creating content for Press Release and social media Understand about video or photographic skill and story board Understanding of public relations, branding and social media platforms Good networking within the industry Purchasing Supervisor (PCS) Understanding of purchasing control procedures and quality awareness Good negotiation skills FB Supervisor (FBS) Understand about Food & Beverage product (alcohol/non) Restaurant and/or Banquet background Able to manage administration, promotion and inventory Able to train people and lead a team independently Chef de Partie (CDP) and Cook (CO) Strong in either section of Indonesian, Western, Chinese, Asian/ Japanese, Indian/Middle East. Pastry (Jajan Pasar or French Pastries) Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Food Safety (HACCP), certified will be an advantage Passionate about food, ensure consistent quality and keep updated with the culinary trends Able to lead a team and quality checking (for CDP)
