About The Role We are looking for a Senior Finance, Accounting and Tax Manager to join our team to perform analytical and result oriented Finance Accounting and Tax objectives, adept at streamlining daily financial operations whilst translating complex data into actionable information to achieve strategic organizational goals also oversee the maintenance of the general ledger including year end close process.

Job Description We are looking for a Senior Finance, Accounting and Tax Manager to join our team to perform analytical and result oriented Finance Accounting and Tax objectives, adept at streamlining daily financial operations whilst translating complex data into actionable information to achieve strategic organizational goals also oversee the maintenance of the general ledger including year end close process.

Managing and overseeing the daily operation of Finance, Accounting and Tax function

Plan and optimize tax obligations to ensure tax efficiency

Managing subordinates to work in harmony with strong operation rhythm

Ensure all company financial processes are compliant with all local tax, statutory regulations and legislations

Managing cash flow reports, annual budgets and forecast

Prepare and produce detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly and annual statements and present it to senior management

Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess business performance, identify trends and evaluate budget and forecast variances (FP&A)

Responsible for timely issuance of annual audits with min or no adjustments

Work with cross-functional teams to understand their financial needs and offer guidance

Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards

Develop and maintain systems of internal control to safeguards assets

Track, analyze, and report the Group's financial performance to Senior Management incl the BOD in regular time schedule or per needs basis including manage and set financial goals and relevant metrics for the company to drive and grow the business

Job Requirements

Proven as accomplished senior finance & accounting manager, with min 8-10 years experiences in managing, evaluating, and redefining team to meet operational goals whilst providing financial guidance to organization

Experienced senior level accountant with strong background in governmental accounting theory, financial analysis, implementation, and maintenance of accounting systems with process improvement

Excellently graduated as Bachelor Degree from Accounting, Finance major from reputable university

Experienced in standard office practices and procedures, including the use of standard office equipment, basic record-keeping, arithmetic and computer application related with work

Possess ability to plan, organize, oversee and manage financial services activities, staffs and operations

Possess ability to work, set priorities, meet deadlines, and complete assignment independently with min supervision

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Certified Public/ Financial / Management Accountant will be preferable
