Technical Operations & Service Manager

Ensure

on-time delivery , SLA performance, and high-quality service execution.

Manage small–medium

technical projects

(seasonal 5–30%).

Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Product Engineering, and Finance for smooth job flow.

Implement

SOPs, checklists, quality standards , and safety compliance.

Reduce repeat issues through

root-cause problem solving .

Lead and develop technicians & field engineers with operational discipline.

Maintain customer communication during service and job execution.

Improve operational metrics: turnaround time, first-time-right rate, documentation quality.

Requirements Experience

5–10 years in

technical operations / field service / electrical or automation execution .

2–3 years managing technicians or a service/operations team.

Familiar with LV panels, drives (VFD), PLC basics, field wiring, and commissioning practices.

Strong

coordination, scheduling, and operational planning .

Ability to maintain

order, structure, and clarity

in dynamic environments.

Good reasoning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

High ownership, discipline, and integrity.

Able to communicate with customers & internal teams calmly and professionally.
