SALES MANAGER (INDONESIA)
MES/MOM & APS Project Sales / Smart Factory)
Hybrid work model: Work-From-Home (WFH) & In-office
Work location: Greater Jakarta area or Singapore
Your Challenges & Opportunities:
Direct end user sales in Indonesia, follow-up activity within the well maintained and structured lead pipeline (“sales hunter role”) along the entire customer buying journey
Supporting our Country Partners in their day-to-day sales actions, remotely and on-site
Acting as techno-commercial expert & performing presentations, consultations about MPDV’s Smart Factory solutions portfolio to target prospects and customers
Further developing a network of Country Partners
Managing all customer expectations on commercial and technical pre-sales stage until deal closure
Frequent travel for, as needed, in Indonesia
Close collaboration with the MPDV sales teams & MPDV technical resources teams in Asia

Highly independent, high self-organizational talent, strict time management & discipline
Team player,
yet able to act alone and rely on your own.
Able to coordinate the internal and external stakeholders to effectively achieve results.
Excellent at top-down communication skill, contact network to decision-makers in manufacturing.
Believe in value-selling, able to sharply identify the pain points of prospects.
Excellent proposal-maker & -presenter, enabling the decision makers to understand.
You know how to “make complex things simple"
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or higher, in IT-related and/or Production-related disciplines
Good understanding of the manufacturing space (discrete or process) and the general IT space
Past exposure to sales and/or projects in APS, MES/MOM or ERP systems
3-5 years working experience in a similar sales role in general
The successful candidate will get the chance to grow and develop within the expanding sales & project delivery ecosystem of MPDV Asia Pte Ltd presence in Indonesia or in Southeast Asia.
