Discovering This Role The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the recruitment process while supporting other HR operations, such as employee relations, onboarding, and compliance. You will play a critical role in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth, efficient HR workflow that aligns with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and support the organization of internal and external training needs. Support recruitment processes, including preparation and management of hiring documentation. Ensure onboarding and offboarding activities are conducted in accordance with company procedures. Maintain attendance records and related employee data. Contribute to a welcoming and positive work environment that enhances employee satisfaction. Support the planning and coordination of company events. Provide HR administrative support for employee travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and visa coordination. Manage office administration matters, including equipment, stationery, name cards, keys, and employee assets. Coordinate office leasing, renovation, decoration, and vendor management activities. Oversee office safety, security, and employee wellbeing-related administrative matters. Maintain proper documentation and record management. Manage inventory levels for uniforms, office, and pantry supplies. Provide monthly regional updates for the internal newsletter in collaboration with the Marketing team.

Qualifications : Bachelorโ€™s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in talent acquisition and generalist HR roles. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, recruitment & sourcing techniques, and employer branding. Familiarity with Indonesia HR regulations, employment law, and compliance. Strong written and spoken English communication and excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
