Responsibilities
Conduct telemarketing activities to promote the companyโs products or services.
Handle the admission and sales process, from explaining programs/products and following up with leads to closing sales.
Manage and maintain lead and customer databases in a structured manner.
Provide excellent service to prospective customers and respond to inquiries related to products or services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on telemarketing activities, sales achievements, and admission progress.
Focused on achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
Woman, minimum D3/Bachelorโs degree (any major), preferably in Management / Business Administration, Marketing / Communications, Public Relations, Psychology, Tourism / Hospitality.
At least 1-2 years of work experience in Sales, Admissions, or Telemarketing.
Experienced in telemarketing, outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and sales closing.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Able to work in a target-driven environment, both independently and in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools such as Mekari Qontak is a plus.
Professional appearance, confident, and highly proactive.
