Furniture Product Design Lead (WFH)

About the Role As a Furniture Product Design Lead at Billstone, you will shape the future of our luxury collections by combining design excellence with strong product execution. You will lead concept development, ensure quality standards, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver products that are both aesthetically refined and deeply valued by our customers.

What You’ll Do : Product Development & Strategy Develop and manage the product roadmap Create new product concepts, from initial ideas and prototypes to final specifications Improve and refine existing products to enhance quality and performance

Quality & Production Define product quality standards and metrics for factories and QC teams Oversee prototype development and initial production batches to ensure alignment with approved designs Lead regular design reviews and defect discussions Analyze product complaints and determine appropriate solutions

Collaboration & Teamwork Work closely with the Marketing team on product positioning and storytelling Coordinate with suppliers and vendors during product development and improvement processes Lead, guide, and develop team members within the Product & Quality function

What We’re Looking For : Experience in product design and product management, especially in furniture design or industrial design Familiar with production processes and working with suppliers Strong attention to detail and product quality Structured problem-solving and decision-making skills Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Willing to be hands-on, especially during development and quality control stages Experience in consumer goods, or lifestyle products, will be an advantage
