About the Position
We are currently seeking an experienced FSE to provide installation, basic operational training and repair services within an assigned area to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your duties as a Sales Specialist/Manager include but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for the market development and sales of molecular diagnostic-related solutions for infectious diseases and oncology testing. Formulate targeted expansion strategies, utilizing direct sales or distribution models to achieve sales targets.
Identify customer needs within medical research institutions, hospital laboratory departments, third-party testing companies, etc., and provide professional product introductions, solution design, and technical consulting services.
Maintain client relationships and manage the entire sales process, including client acquisition, requirements communication and alignment, solution presentations, tender/bidding follow-up, contract signing, and post-sales relationship maintenance, to establish a stable client partnership system.
Collect market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to assist the team in optimizing sales strategies and product promotion plans.
Participate in promotional activities such as industry exhibitions and academic conferences to build customer communication channels and enhance brand influence.
The successful candidates for this position are able to demonstrate:
Recent graduate from the classes of 2024, 2025, or 2026 with a bachelor's degree or higher. Preference given to majors in Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Science, Molecular Biology, Clinical Medicine, or related fields.
Candidates with overseas study experience (in countries such as Australia, China, Singapore, Europe, or the Americas) are preferred. Proficiency in Indonesian and English as working languages is required.
Possess a basic understanding of the molecular diagnostics field and a willingness to deeply learn industry knowledge and product technology.
Strong communication, presentation, and business negotiation skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset. Must be goal-oriented, resilient under pressure, and demonstrate good teamwork spirit.
