Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

to lead and execute end-to-end recruitment in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment. This role will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, partnering with leadership, and ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent aligned with our company’s vision and culture.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and is passionate about building high-performing teams from the ground up.

Job Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle (end-to-end) recruitment for multiple roles across departments in a fast-paced startup environment.

Partner with founders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using proactive and innovative sourcing methods.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Lead offer management, salary negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

Optimize recruitment processes, improve time-to-hire, and track hiring metrics.

Ensure a strong employer brand and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Job Requirements

2 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in a startup or high-growth company.

Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.

Strong sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
