Job Description
Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet sales objectives and expand key customer portfolios
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts
Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and negotiations for large‑scale equipment orders and long‑term contracts
Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers and stakeholders at key customer accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments
Collaborate with service, parts, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery and after‑sales support
Provide regular account performance updates and reports
Track market developments, competitor activities, and customer performance trends
Partner with the Finance team to oversee payment collections and ensure smooth financial processes
The Successful Applicant
At least 10 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management within a Construction Equipment Dealership
Demonstrated ability to manage major customers or fleet accounts
Strong technical understanding of construction or mining equipment and their operational applications
Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to craft customized customer solutions
Highly driven, customer‑focused, and capable of independently managing multiple key accounts
Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence and collaborate across all levels
A strategic thinker with strong execution, integrity, and a team‑oriented mindset
