Trade Marketing Junior Manager

Build and execute trade marketing strategy to support sales targets and brand visibility

Ensure strong brand visibility in stores and partner outlets through proper merchandising and VM execution.

Manage and monitor trade promotions to increase product conversion in retail and partner stores.

Prevent stockouts and overstocks by ensuring effective stock flow across stores and partners

Provide support and maintain strong relationships with partner stores, distributors, and retail teams

Support and execute on-ground activations to drive brand awareness and conversion.

Provide accurate and timely reporting to drive decisions for trade marketing and retail operations

Ensure all trade executions follow company standards and brand guidelines

Maintain cohesive trade experience between offline, marketplace, and social commerce

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Business Development in Pet Industry

Strong knowledge of Trade Marketing

Experienced in optimizing and growing the business

Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns with strong ROI.

Data‑driven mindset with hands‑on skills in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.

Strong background in multi‑brand management with Business Development, Marketing & Sales

Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.

Outstanding communication in both Bahasa & English and interpersonal skills.

Pet lover is a plus
