Building Maintenance Staff

Responsible for day‑to‑day

building maintenance operations , including civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and general facilities. Plan, execute, and supervise

preventive and corrective maintenance

to ensure all building facilities operate safely and efficiently. Perform routine inspections of buildings, utilities, and equipment to identify potential issues and take proactive action. Coordinate and supervise

external vendors, contractors, and service providers

for repair, maintenance, and improvement works. Handle troubleshooting and repair for common technical issues (electrical, plumbing, AC, minor civil works). Maintain proper

maintenance records, checklists, and reports

(daily, weekly, monthly). Ensure compliance with

safety standards, building regulations, and company policies . Support facility improvement projects, renovations, and minor construction works. Provide technical recommendations to management regarding building condition, repair needs, and improvement plans. Respond to emergency maintenance issues promptly to minimize operational disruption. Requirements

Minimum

Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s degree (S1)

in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related fields). 3–5 years of experience

in building maintenance, facility management, or similar roles. Strong knowledge of

electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC/AC, and basic civil works . Experienced in

preventive maintenance planning and execution . Able to read basic technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals. Familiar with

vendor coordination and supervision . Good understanding of

workplace safety (K3)

and building maintenance standards. Good communication skills and able to work independently as well as in a team. Basic computer skills ( MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools ).
