Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a D365 Finance and Operation - Functional Consultant located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves analyzing business processes, providing functional and consulting expertise, configuring and implementing Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery. The consultant will collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet business goals and optimize operational efficiency. Regular communication and updates with stakeholders will be a key part of the role.

Responsibilities

Analyze client business processes and translate them into D365 F&O solutions

Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design

Configure D365 F&O modules according to functional requirements

Prepare functional design documents (FDD), setup documentation, and user guides

Support system testing (SIT, UAT) and user training

Collaborate with technical consultants and developers

Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution

Participate in ERP implementation projects from end-to-end

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related fields

Minimum 2–5 years experience in

D365 F&O / AX 2012 consulting

upgrade projects

Strong understanding of one or more modules:

Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA), Microsoft D365 certification (MB-300, MB-310, MB-500, etc.)

Supply Chain Management

Project Management & Accounting

Experience in ERP implementation lifecycle, experience in IT consulting environment and Knowledge of integration with third-party systems

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Willing to travel for project needs
