Job Description
We are seeking an
Ecommerce Marketing Specialist
to support the growth and day-to-day performance of our online sales channels. This job is designed for someone who understands how digital marketing connects with ecommerce operations, customer behavior, product visibility, and conversion performance.
In this position, you will help manage campaigns, improve product exposure, support promotional activity, and strengthen the overall online shopping journey. You should be comfortable working with both marketing data and ecommerce execution, with a practical mindset focused on measurable commercial results.
Your Core Focus
Online Store Performance
Support the performance of ecommerce channels by helping improve traffic quality, product discoverability, and conversion opportunities across the online store.
Campaign Execution
Assist in planning and managing digital campaigns that drive product awareness, website visits, and sales across paid, organic, email, and promotional channels.
Product and Promotion Visibility
Coordinate product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and merchandising updates to ensure offers are clearly presented and commercially effective.
Customer Journey Improvement
Review how users move through the site, identify friction points, and help improve landing pages, product pages, and purchase flow.
Main Responsibilities
Manage and optimize ecommerce marketing activities across relevant digital channels
Support paid campaigns, email campaigns, and promotional initiatives that drive online revenue
Monitor product performance, customer engagement, and campaign results
Work on product listings, campaign messaging, and website content updates to improve conversion
Track key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and return on ad spend
Help coordinate promotional calendars, discount campaigns, and seasonal sales activity
Conduct competitor reviews and market research to identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with design, content, and ecommerce teams to maintain a consistent and effective online presence
Prepare regular performance reports and highlight practical actions based on results

Required Background
2+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing, digital marketing, or online trading support
Experience working with ecommerce websites, online campaigns, or product-based digital marketing
Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar ecommerce systems is preferred
Understanding of paid media, email marketing, product merchandising, and conversion principles
Ability to work with campaign data, sales results, and performance reports
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured way
Good communication skills and comfort working across different teams
