Responsibilities Handle end-to-end import, logistics, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth material flow, accurate inventory, and timely delivery for Arysun’s projects.

Supply Chain & Import

Manage import documents (BL/AWB, invoice, packing list, HS code, etc.).

Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL partners.

Track shipment ETA and clearance status; resolve delays or bottlenecks.

Support supply planning, replenishment, and inventory flow.

Monitor vendor/3PL performance and order accuracy.

Provide regular updates on shipment status and inventory levels.

Warehouse Operations

Maintain accurate stock records (inbound, outbound, returns).

Prepare inventory and delivery documentation.

Coordinate deliveries to warehouse/project sites.

Support procurement tasks (quotations, POs, invoice tracking).

Handle customer payments and related admin, ensuring accuracy.

Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.

1–3 years’ experience in supply chain, import logistics, or warehouse operations.

Understanding of Indonesia import processes and logistics coordination.

Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Excel/Sheets; high attention to detail.

Willing to support operational/warehouse activities on site.
