The Role We are seeking a passionate and proactive In-Country Student Recruitment Officer to join our growing team in Indonesia. You will play a key role in expanding our student community by building trusted relationships with education agents, supporting prospective students, and promoting our accredited undergraduate programs.

Our Undergraduate Programs

Bachelor of Business

(Majors: Accounting, Hospitality, Information Systems, Project Management) Bachelor of Information Technology

(Specialisations: Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Project and Operations Management, Accounting Information Systems) More courses anticipated in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with local education agents and high schools – relationships across designated regions Represent SAHE at events, fairs, and information sessions Guide prospective students through the application and admissions process Provide accurate advice on SAHE programs, scholarships, and student life in Sydney Support agents with up-to-date resources and training Maintain regular reporting on recruitment activities and outcomes

About You

1–2 years’ experience in student recruitment, education agency, or a related field Strong agent network in Indonesia and across Southeast Asia Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently Passionate about supporting students and building community Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
