Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area for a Customer Relations Division position. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Additional day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with customer support requests, helping enhance retention strategies, and acting as a liaison between the clients and the organization to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to address and resolve client needs effectively Skills in Customer Retention and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Communication abilities for engaging with clients and internal teams Capability to handle client relationships with professionalism and empathy Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage Ability to work well in a team environment on-site Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
