PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Engineer

Job Description As a PCB Engineer, you will be responsible for the following duties: Conduct testing and analysis on defective PCBs to identify root causes of failure. Perform repair and rework of defective PCBs used in air conditioning units. Prepare, maintain, and operate repair tools and equipment required for PCB troubleshooting and repair processes. Ensure repair activities follow quality standards and technical specifications. Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support smooth assembly and delivery processes. Propose and implement improvements to prevent recurring issues during PCB assembly, handling, and delivery. Document test results, repair actions, and improvement recommendations clearly and accurately.

Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: Minimum

3 years of experience

as a PCB Engineer or in a similar electronics repair role. Bachelor’s degree in

Electrical Engineering

or a related technical field. Strong hands-on experience in

PCB testing, troubleshooting, and repair , with the ability to work independently. Good understanding of electronic components, circuits, and repair tools. Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
