Country Manager

to lead and grow our Indonesian operations. This is a pivotal leadership role with full P&L accountability, responsible for accelerating revenue growth, strengthening operational performance, and positioning PROK as the trusted partner to Indonesia’s leading mining and resources companies.

What you’ll do Lead and grow the Indonesian business

with full P&L accountability, delivering sustainable revenue growth and EBIT performance. Define and execute the

country strategy

aligned with PROK and NEPEAN regional objectives. Drive commercial excellence — expanding market share, improving margins, and strengthening key account performance across mining, EPCM, and OEM segments. Provide visible leadership across

Jakarta (commercial) and Surabaya (operations/service)

to ensure alignment, performance discipline, and operational efficiency. Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing leadership team, fostering accountability and a results-driven culture. Act as the company’s legal representative in Indonesia, ensuring compliance with corporate governance, regulatory, and statutory requirements. Strengthen executive-level relationships with tier-one mining customers and strategic partners. Deliver strategic insights, market intelligence, and growth initiatives to support Southeast Asia expansion.

What you’ll bring Proven experience leading a

mining services, bulk materials handling, heavy engineering, or industrial business unit

at a senior level. Demonstrated success managing

full P&L responsibility , driving revenue growth, cost control, and EBIT performance. Strong commercial leadership with experience negotiating complex contracts and managing strategic customer relationships. Operational understanding of manufacturing, service, and supply chain environments. High emotional intelligence with the ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams. A disciplined, ethical leader aligned with NEPEAN’s values and governance standards. Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (MBA or postgraduate qualification advantageous). Willingness to travel across Indonesia and the broader region.
