We are looking for a passionate and experienced SOC Manager to lead our Security Operations Center and drive proactive cyber defense for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, solving real security incidents, and building high-performing SOC operations in a fast-growing cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or security operations.

Proven experience leading or supervising SOC teams.

Strong hands‑on understanding of SIEM, threat monitoring, and incident response.

Experience working in MSSP or consulting environments is highly valued.

Familiar with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or industry regulations.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily SOC operations and security monitoring activities.

Drive effective incident detection, investigation, and response.

Act as the main escalation point for major cybersecurity incidents.

Mentor and develop SOC Analysts to build a strong security team.

Improve SOC processes, playbooks, and detection capabilities.

Ensure service delivery meets SLA and client expectations.

Present security insights and incident reports to clients and stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance security services.

Contribute to building next‑generation SOC capabilities and automation.
