Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrotechnic, Mechatronic, or IT. Having experiences in Project Management for buildings or industries, especially Data Center is preferable 3-5 years of working experience in Project Management HIGHLY REQUIRED technical comprehension: System architecture BMS (controller, workstation, network topology), Control logic and communication protocols PROFICIENT understanding in BMS related Scada System PROFICIENT understanding in basic IT and network (IP addressing, switch, VLAN, firewall) GOOD English communication language in written and speaking Can work with a multidisciplinary team and international environment Analytical, detail-oriented, and calm headed but firm decision making under heavy work & time pressure GOOD in leadership, communication and reporting READY to work in a harsh project environment anytime anywhere required Tasks & responsibilities

Managing the progress of Construction team and Engineering team to strictly meet the project timeline Coordinating with other contractors/vendors for related scope of work on the project to strictly meet the project timeline Health insurance support FAST TRACK Career pathway in developing branch Pre-screening questions
