About the Role We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented

Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager

to lead and manage the company’s payroll, compensation structure, benefits administration, and reward strategies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring competitive, compliant, and cost-effective compensation programs that align with business goals while maintaining high employee engagement and operational excellence.



Key Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus) Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role Strong expertise in

payroll processing, tax calculation, BPJS, and labor law compliance Proven experience in developing

salary structures, grading systems, and compensation strategies Experience in creating and managing

annual manpower budgets and compensation planning Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in

Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) Experience working with

SAP HCM payroll systems Solid understanding of

market salary benchmarking and reward frameworks Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia



Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end payroll operations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment Develop and maintain compensation structures, grading systems, and salary frameworks Manage annual salary review processes, bonus schemes, and incentive programs Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive positioning Prepare and control manpower and compensation budgets Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law, tax regulations, and social security requirements Oversee HR operational processes related to employee lifecycle (joiner, transfer, promotion, termination) Manage audits related to payroll, tax, and compensation Provide strategic recommendations to management regarding reward and retention strategies Lead and develop the C&B team
