Store Manager - Jakarta / Cikarang / Lampung

What You’ll Do:

Achieve monthly sales and profit targets.

Monitor performance, analyze data, and implement improvement strategies.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle feedback professionally.

Oversee store operations, inventory, and maintenance.

Maintain attractive visual displays that reflect KK’s trendy and youthful style.

Recruit, train, and motivate your team to reach their goals.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any major.

Fluent in English is a Must.

3–5 years of experience in retail store management; experience in new store setup is a plus.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing profitability.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving skills, excellent planning and leadership abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, customers, and stakeholders.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Open to relocation (domestic or international).

Interview will be conducted in English
