Human Resource Officer / Executive
Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, and exit interviews.
Manage HR systems, employee records, and ensure data accuracy and statutory compliance.
Administer payroll, attendance, and employee leave records accurately and timely.
Process foreign worker matters including WP, SP, EP, visas, insurance, bonds, accommodation, home leave, and repatriation in compliance with MOM regulations.
Prepare and manage employment documentation such as contracts, appointment, promotion, transfer, disciplinary, and termination letters.
Administer company insurance, licenses, and medical/dental insurance claims.
Handle employee relations issues including grievances, counselling, and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate training, induction programmes, and statutory training requirements.
Liaise with government agencies (e.g. MOM, IRAS, BCA) including IR8A and surveys.
Plan and support staff welfare and recreational activities.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of HR generalist experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Positive and proactive attitude with good interpersonal skills.
