If you’re a skilled researcher passionate about sustainable agriculture while improving yield, apply now.**Job Description :*** Work on a number of research projects in the scope of mineral nutrition of oil palm, including but not limited to fertilizer efficiency trials, planting material characterization, plant nutrient allocation and efficiency of different planting material trials.* Execute various methods or experiments for characterizing oil palm planting materials based on nutrient efficiency.* Collect, analyse, interpret data and build technical reports the operational team or the top management.* Develop research reports and make presentations on findings, either non-scientific or scientific reports.* Work collaboratively with other members of research team, either within department, inter departments or with other parties, internally or externally.**Job Requirements :*** Minimum Master (S-2) in Agriculture (soil) with relevant bachelor degree (S-1).* Willing to be placed in our main research centre.* Experience working in a commercial or industry environment performing field trials is preferable, but a fresh graduate with a strong related research background is also welcome.* Experience working/study in plant metabolomics will be also considered a plus.* Have a high interest in research on plant nutrition and also characterization based on nutrient efficiency, especially in oil palm.* Proficiency with statistical analysis and data visualization (R, SPSS, Minitab, etc.).* Good communication skill either oral or written English is highly preferred.* Good logical and critical thinking, proactive, flexible, quick to adapt and willing to meet deadlines.* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, to manage and prioritize projects simultaneously.**“Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person”**We are a leading, publicly-listed, global seed-to-shelf agribusiness committed to sustainable palm oil production.Our palm oil plantations cover more than 138,000 hectares (including smallholder farmers).
