Technical knowledge of Solar PV systems (modules, inverters, mounting structures, and electrical systems).

Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Willing to travel to project sites, including remote areas; a valid driver’s license is an advantage.

Job Description

Plan and manage project schedules including timeline, milestones, and resource allocation using tools such as MS Project or Primavera.

Inspect contractor works to ensure compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.

Prepare and submit progress reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.

Act as a liaison between the project team, contractors, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve technical issues.

Ensure project execution aligns with the scheduled timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
