to lead our in-house bakery and pastry station. We are looking for an artisan who can blend traditional techniques with modern innovation to deliver premium products that complement our upscale dining experience. The Role

As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of all artisanal breads and pastries served at The Cutler. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure that every bun, loaf, and dessert reflects the sophisticated standards of our brand. Key Responsibilities

Oversee and execute the daily production of fresh, high-quality breads (e.g., Brioche, Sourdough, Dinner Rolls) and pastries. Collaborate on the research and development of new recipes for seasonal menus and signature desserts. Maintain strict quality control over taste, texture, and visual presentation to ensure consistency for every guest. Manage the production of savory bakery items aligned with the restaurant’s concept. Lead and train the bakery team, manage inventory of premium ingredients, and maintain food cost efficiency. Uphold the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety protocols (HACCP). Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Head Baker or Senior Baker in fine dining restaurants, upscale bistros, or 5-star hotels. Deep knowledge of fermentation, artisan dough handling, laminating techniques, and sophisticated dessert plating. Strong managerial skills with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment. "Perfectionist" mindset regarding product consistency and aesthetic presentation. Minimum vocational degree (SMK) in Hospitality/Culinary or a Diploma in Pastry/Culinary Arts.
